PREFACE
These
lines are dedicated specially to
young people who have already
initiated
the narrow path of creation. They represent an
universal access to the
inner part of my expression.
I
would like to leave them my points of view
and my reflections in an irregular order,
just as they flow
out from my memories.
An open invitation
to investigate my
articles, my old catalogues, my notes and some
comical stories.
The aim is to help not only
people with a steady decision to follow the art of
adventure but also those who do not dare to
face it yet.
After my numerous travels, filled with troubles as well as
with happy endings, I would like
to open the beginners´eyes and show them that
nothing worthy is obtained without effort.
As a human being as well as an artist, I can definitely
tell about my abilities and disabilities.
The fact is to succeed even through difficulties.
Positive energy as well as
creation come
from the inner part of oneself.
Doing
is my main objective. It
is the living force that pushes me forward when creating
any work of art: a sculpture, a film, an oil painting, a
mural, a tapestry work, a tile or architectural projects.
I would like to share my experiences with those who are
convinced that art is a job.
Since my
childhood I learned to follow an even line that I have always tried to
maintain,
which I have shown
in my works during fifty years and
I will try to keep
alive until I pass away
